A questionnaire to get a better understanding of your business and vision. Please fill it out and the more detailed, the better. The answers are extremely helpful to me in both the strategy and design phases. Make sure to fill out both sections of the questionnaire.

Lets go a little more in-depth about your business so I can get a better understanding about your brand. These questions will help with the strategy session and get to the core of your brand. Please spend some time on these questions and don't hesitate to ask if you're not sure of anything.

When was the business established? Is it a startup/new company?

Where will your logo be primarily used?

What is your service or product? Go into as much detail as possible.

Is there a unique story behind the name and business?

What is your origin story? How did you get into this business?

What are your business goals? (Pick three)

Who is your ideal audience/customer?

Think about age, gender, personality, income, education, marital status, whether they have kids etc.

What are your audiences' frustrations/problems they face?

What are their pain points? What do they need help with? What isn't working for them or what could they do better? What areas are they struggling in? What questions do they have?

Who are your top 3 competitors?

Try to list businesses that offer similar products/services as you.

Why would your customers specifically pick YOUR service or product over your competitor?

What differentiates you from your competition? What about your product or service is better or unique from what is out there? Why would a client choose you over your competitors?

How is your business run?

Break down your process into 3 simple steps (how do they find you, buy from you and receive the product/service?)

What is the vision for your brand?

What future does your brand want to create?

What words do you feel best represent your business?

Think about at least 5 adjectives/verbs that best describe your brand. These words should cultivate the emotion that you want people to have when interacting with your brand. (Professional, Trustworthy, Modern, Masculine, Feminine, Artstic etc.)

What do you want your logo to accomplish?

What message should it convey? How do you want your customers to feel when they interact with your business? What lasting impression would you like to leave with them?

Creative Direction & Visual Identity

Time to look at the visual side of your brand and get a clearer idea of the visual aspect of your logo design. Don't worry if you're not sure as it's my job to steer the visual direction.
